What are your clothing sizes?
We offer XS-4X in all of our clothing options. However, there may be a time where an item doesn't come in an extra small, but a person who wears an extra small can still fit into a size small, so we will stock that item. Outside of that, we only stock items that fit our criteria of XS-4X, and so we do not offer a plus size section as every item will come in a 4X regardless
Why can't I get a copy of a vaccination card when I order the vaccination card holder?
It is highly illegal to make and sell vaccine cards. If you want one, go get vaccinated. Our card holders are to protect vaccine cards since you cannot get them laminated
We only ship complete orders, and do not split orders. This means that if you order an in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will pull your in-stock item and hold on to your order until it is fully complete and then ship it out. Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame listed. If you have any further questions please contact us at email@example.com
Can I be a model?
At this time, we are too small of a company to be able to afford to pay models. Once we are able to do so, we will post a model call on our social media pages, as well as our email list for anyone who is interested and lives in Minnesota. For now, we will use either the photos provided with the products we ship in, or use Stella, our silver mannequin
Why don't you sell Tiki themed items?
Selling Tiki items is cultural appropriation. We'll sell cool things like mermaid themed stuff, or tropical, but never Tiki themed items as it would be pretty uncool of us if we did that

Sales & Promotions
Discounts cannot be stacked
We do not offer rainchecks on sales, which means that we cannot apply sale prices to previous orders. We also do not allow for customers to cancel an order that have already been placed in order to receive the discounts

Afterpay is a service that allows us to offer our customers the ability to make purchases now and pay for them in four equal payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. For more information on how Afterpay works, and to create an account follow this link HERE to their site
We ship items out every week Monday-Friday excluding holidays that we are closed. Our business hours, including the days that we are closed can be located here
All packages are shipped via USPS
Once your item has received a shipping label, you will receive confirmation of the tracking number. Please note that this does not mean that your item has shipped, the shipping times starts once the package is received by USPS. We currently ship Monday-Friday excluding major holidays
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times are being delayed. Once your order has shipped, the time it takes to reach destination is out of our control. Currently, packages are taking a few extra days to reach their destination
We are not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen, you must file a claim directly with USPS. Once the package leaves our facility it becomes the responsibility of USPS, and all claims must be filed through them. You can file a claim with USPS here

USPS has no guarantee that your package will arrive during the estimated arrival time. Delivery times depend on the country's custom departments. Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are levied once your package reaches your country

If your package leaves the US border for an international order, and it becomes lost, you will need to contact your local postal provider or customs office to track or locate your package. Once your package leaves our border it becomes the property and responsibility of your countries postal provider
