What are your clothing sizes?
  • We offer XS-4X in all of our clothing options, with some clothing available in 5X
  • In some cases, an item may not be available in XS, but individuals who wear XS can normally still fit into a size small, so we stock that size as an alternative.
Pre-Orders
  • We do not split orders; only complete orders are shipped. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-ordered items, we will pull your in-stock item(s) and hold your order until it is fully complete before shipping it out.
  • Each pre-order item has an estimated shipping time frame provided

Can I be a model?
At this time, we are too small of a company to be able to afford to pay models. Once we are able to do so, we will post a model call on our social media pages, as well as our email list for anyone who is interested and lives in Minnesota. For now, we will use either the photos provided with the products we ship in, or use Stella, our silver mannequin
Why don't you sell Tiki themed items?
Selling Tiki items is cultural appropriation. We'll sell cool things like mermaid themed stuff, or tropical, but never Tiki themed items as it would be pretty uncool of us if we did that
Sales & Promotions
  • Discounts cannot be stacked; only one discount can be applied per order.
  • We do not provide rainchecks on sales, which means that sale prices cannot be retroactively applied to previous orders.
  • Once an order has been placed, we do not allow cancellations in order to receive discounts.
  • To stay updated on discounts and sales, we encourage you to join our mailing list and/or follow us on social media. This way, you will be the first to know about any upcoming promotions.

Shipping Policies
  • We ship items every weekday (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays when our business is closed
  • All packages are shipped via USPS
  • After your item receives a shipping label, you will receive a tracking number confirmation. Please note that this does not mean your item has shipped; the shipping time begins once USPS receives the package. We currently ship Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.
  • Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping times may be delayed. Once your order has shipped, the time it takes to reach its destination is beyond our control. Currently, packages may take a few extra days to arrive.
  • We are not responsible if your package is marked as delivered but is stolen. In such cases, you must file a claim directly with USPS. Once the package leaves our facility, it becomes USPS's responsibility, and all claims must be filed through them. You can file a claim with USPS
International Shipping
  • We offer worldwide shipping for all purchases, excluding Israel
  • Please note that all purchases are subject to duties and taxes upon delivery, which are determined by the destination country
  • We ship all purchases through USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • The delivery time will depend on the customs clearance process in the destination country
  • USPS does not provide a guarantee for the arrival time of your package as it depends on the customs department of each country
  • Your order may be subject to import duties and/or taxes imposed by your country's customs authorities once the package reaches your country
  • The shipping time starts once the package is received by USPS. We currently ship Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays
  • For international orders, if your package leaves the US border and becomes lost, please contact your local postal provider or customs office for tracking or locating your package. Once the package leaves the US border, it becomes the property and responsibility of your country's postal provider
